Summary

This annual report, which is required by § 30-141 of the Code of Virginia, provides an overview of the significant activities of the Auditor of Public Accounts (APA) for fiscal year 2023 including a summary of all reports issued during the year.  APA has a values-based leadership approach and this report is organized around the four core values and how APA demonstrated those values during fiscal year 2023.
