Tuition Assistance
Many of our staff return to school to further their education. Currently the Office is helping staff get their certificates, undergraduate or graduate degrees in various business-related disciplines
Under our Tuition Assistance Program, staff are eligible to receive tuition reimbursement for up to three classes annually at any public college or university. If staff elect to go to a private college or university the Office will reimburse staff for the class at the public school tuition rate.

The tuition reimbursement program has allowed me to
return to VCU to obtain a Masters in Business
Administration. Graduate courses are expensive so I look
at this as extra compensation (of course I still have to
do the work!). I buy my books used and sell them back to
the bookstore so all I am out of pocket is the
difference for the books and some parking. This is a
classic win – win situation for me and the office.
